the location was perfect - on the outskirts of town but still within easy reach of all the sights in the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, especially Shirley at the reception who went above and beyond to assist me with a lost item. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing me to prepare my own meals, and the breakfast options were delicious. Oh, and the prices were very reasonable too!
The only minor improvement I can think of would be to have clothes hanging space in the rooms.

The room quality varied, one was old and dirty, the other new and clean. Good location, near popular attractions. Restaurant offered decent breakfast with friendly staff. Upgraded to a room with kitchenette.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Triple J. The layout of the cabin provided the perfect amount of privacy, and the small size was just right for our needs. The bathroom and kitchenette were clean, and we appreciated the easy access and great WiFi. The location was also excellent.
Specific situation: However, there was one minor inconvenience during our stay. We had put up the "Privacy Please" sign on the door, but the cleaning staff still entered the room.
